An Unhurried Gathering for Meaningful Community.

A gathering for people at the intersection spiritual formation and leadership.

This gathering is for people who:

  • Want to connect with others who care about spiritual formation, an unhurried life and how they influence your leadership.
  • Are longing for meaningful, soul-level conversation, not just surface interaction
  • Desire to learn from others’ stories and share their own in a safe, welcoming space
  • Feel the need for refreshment, space, and a chance to breathe
  • Hope to build relationships with others on a similar spiritual path
  • Want to connect with others doing similar work in various ministries and helping professions

NOTE: When we speak of “leadership,” we mean the word broadly. You don’t need a formal title or position to participate. We believe you don’t have to hold a position of influence to be a person of influence, and all of us have some measure of influence in the places where we live, work, serve, worship, and relate to others. If you care about your own spiritual formation and about encouraging the growth of others, you are warmly welcome.

Gem & Alan Fadling

We are the founders of Unhurried Living, a ministry devoted to helping people live and lead from a deeper, more attentive life with God. For decades, we have walked alongside leaders and communities, creating spaces where people can slow down, listen, and experience genuine transformation that influences the way they live and lead.

At the heart of our work is a longing to see people grow in their relationship with God, and also find meaningful connection with others on the same path. This gathering reflects that desire, a simple, unhurried space to be refreshed in your soul and to be with others who share that same hunger.
