Unhurried Living, in partnership with our dear friend Mary Linam, of Intrepid Pursuit, is offering two pilgrimages to Tuscany and Umbria in May 2024 & September 2024.
Together we'll visit Florence, Siena and Assisi.
More than a trip, this is an experience of community and formation as we engage beauty, history and the stirrings of God with and within us.

Two Trip Options
May 19-27, 2024 - Couples and Solo Travelers
Gem and Alan Fadling will join Mary Linam to lead this trip open to all, couples and solo travelers. Engage the rich spiritual heritage and wisdom from spiritual leaders of the past.
September 8-16, 2024 - Women only
Gem Fadling will join Mary Linam to lead this trip specially designed for women. We'll learn from the wisdom of Catherine of Siena, St. Clare of Assisi and more.
Each pilgrimage includes:
- Breakfast
- Lunch or Dinner (depending on day)
- One Tuscan vineyard wine-tasting and lunch
- 8 morning community gatherings designed by the facilitators
- Private monastery rooms with attached bath
- Guided tours with local guides (entrance fees for all tours included)
- Entrance to the mineral springs (terme)
- All pilgrimage transfers by private bus

Gem Fadling
Gem is a Certified Life Coach and a trained Spiritual Director who coaches women at the intersection of spiritual leadership and soul care. Gem is the host of the I Can Do That! Podcast and is the co-author of What Does Your Soul Love? and the author of Hold That Thought.
Alan Fadling
Alan serves as a frequent speaker and consultant with local churches, national organizations and leaders internationally. He shows leaders how to get perspective so their leadership flows out of healthy rhythms of rest and work. A trained Spiritual Director, Alan is author of An Unhurried Life, An Unhurried Leader and A Year of Slowing Down.
Mary Linam
Mary provides leadership and spiritual formation support to individuals working across the globe. She moved to The Netherlands for several years working with an international non-profit organization. She has worked with the Enneagram for over 15 years and is an Accredited Professional with the International Enneagram Association.
